By noon, try "sweeping" one of the two famous traditional markets, Con Market and Han Market. This is known as the "cheap food paradise" with a full range of authentic Central regional specialties, both delicious and cheap.

Notes
Because the number of visitors flocking to the center of Da Nang on fireworks nights is very large, you should proactively book hotel rooms early. Prioritize choosing hotels in the Han River or near Dragon Bridge area to conveniently walk to watch fireworks and avoid traffic jams.
If you watch fireworks at free areas along the Han River, come about 1-2 hours before the fireworks display to keep a good view and easily move out after the program ends.
