The sacredness in the mountains and forests, the weakness in time
Located on a hill in Tan Thanh commune, Huu Lung district, Lang Son province, Bac Le temple is considered one of the eight most sacred temples in Vietnam. This is the typical Mau worship center of the northern mountainous region, where the worship of Mau Thuong Ngan - the god ruled the mountains according to the Tam Phu and the Four Governments of the Vietnamese people. The temple is also the presence of the saints close to the folk consciousness like adoration, little girl ...
The temple space is arranged according to traditional architecture, from the Tam Quan gate to the worship halls built in the Dinh style. Each altar bears a unique cultural and religious imprint, reflecting the depth of history through 19 ancient jackfruit wooden statues, elaborate carvings and reliefs. Surrounding the temple are ancient trees hundreds of years old, with a mossy, gentle appearance, creating a complex of static architecture in the midst of pristine nature.

Unlike other bustling tourist destinations, the Northern region of Le is a place for tourists to travel, pray for peace and seek inner peace. Ms. Tran Y Nhi (a tourist from Hanoi) shared: "Every time I come to Bac Le, it is a time I feel reassured. The space here makes me clearly feel the sacredness and peace something rare in todays bustling life.
The Bac Le Festival, taking place in the middle of the 9th lunar month every year, is one of the major spiritual and cultural events of Lang Son province. Tourists can immerse themselves in traditional rituals such asance, bronzewalk, male and female singing, etc. - activities that not only carry a strong national cultural identity but also contribute to preserving the cultural heritage of worshiping the Mother - the representative intangible cultural heritage of humanity.

Bringing spiritual culture closer to tourists through digital transformation
Not only stopping at preservation and restoration, Tan Thanh commune government and Lang Son tourism industry are actively making Bac Le a bright spot in applying digital transformation to tourism development. This is considered a strategic step to improve the tourist experience and contribute to promoting cultural heritage in a flexible and modern way.
Currently, the Northern Gate has deployed a QR code system, helping visitors easily look up information about history, architecture, rituals as well as the cultural - spiritual significance of each item in the temple area. At the same time, digital communication channels such as websites and social networks have also been developed to bring the image and value of the Northern Delta closer to the domestic and foreign communities.
Mr. Phung Van Quang - Chairman of Tan Thanh Commune People's Committee - said: "We not only want visitors to come to the ceremony but also feel the cultural depth of this land. The application of digital technology is to connect, spread cultural values and create convenience for each pilgrimage.

Along with digital transformation, tourism infrastructure in the area is also being invested in systematically: from the traffic system, parking lot, accommodation services, to local cuisine... All aimed at building Bac Le Temple to become a highlight in the spiritual tourism route connecting with neighboring temples such as Deo Keong Temple, Quan Vi Sat Temple, Chau Luc Temple, Chau Nam Temple... in the overall Lang Son Geopark - with the theme "Flowing life in the sacred land".
The combination of preserving traditional spiritual values and applying modern digital transformation has helped Bac Le gradually affirm its position on the map of Vietnam's spiritual tourism, as a stop for people to connect with cultural roots, with nature and with their own soul - in the unique way of Lang Son.
