Lao Cai Brocade Festival - Cultural Colors, theme: "Sa Pa Brocade of the Misty Clouds" is a tourism product branded by Lao Cai province, associated with preserving and promoting national cultural values, including developing brocade products to meet the needs of tourists.
The Festival contributes to the implementation of the Project of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on "Preserving and promoting traditional costumes of Vietnamese ethnic minorities in the current period" and the project "Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development, 2024" of Lao Cai province.
At the same time, it creates opportunities for units, localities, actors (artisans), brocade cooperatives, and businesses to exchange, learn, and share experiences in preserving, exploiting, and developing ethnic brocade, serving socio-economic development and tourism.

Accordingly, the festival will take place from November 8 to November 10, 2024, at 2 Fan Si Pan, Sa Pa town.
