Ho Chi Minh City - A destination in the Con Dao special zone has just been honored as Asia's Leading Honeymoon Resort in 2025.

Vietnam has just been honored by the World Travel Awards in many important categories; along with a number of destinations, Vietnamese businesses and units have also been awarded prestigious awards.

Ho Chi Minh City alone has been honored with important awards. In particular, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism was honored as the leading local tourism management agency in Asia; Ho Chi Minh City was honored as the leading event and festival destination in Asia, and the leading business tourism destination in Asia. This is not the first time, but for many consecutive years, Ho Chi Minh City has achieved and maintained these titles.

In addition, Vung Tau was awarded the top coastal resort destination in Asia for the first time. And Resort Six Senses Con Dao (specifically Con Dao area) was awarded the title of Asia's Leading Honeymoon Resort 2025 for the first time.

Located far from the mainland and on one of the most beautiful islands in Vietnam, the resort has environmentally friendly architecture; with about 50 separate villas facing the beautiful beach; bringing absolute privacy and romantic space to couples.

This enterprise is also recognized by the locality for its efforts to participate in conservation activities of rare sea turtle species at risk of extinction; reducing 99% of plastic waste in the resort...

The fact that Vung Tau and Six Senses Con Dao were honored for the first time by the World Travel Awards has contributed to affirming that Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular are ideal destinations for memorable tours for domestic and foreign tourists.

The World Travel Awards was established in 1993, the most prestigious award system in the global travel industry. The award honors brands, organizations, destinations and businesses with outstanding achievements, making outstanding contributions to improving service quality and developing sustainable tourism.
