Passengers can use 1 of 3 forms to pass through the ticket gate: using ID card or chip-based Citizen ID card; using QR code on the HCMC Metro HURC application; receiving free paper tickets containing QR codes at automatic kiosks.

    Trong ngày 2.9, Metro số 1 sẽ vận hành 264 lượt tàu từ 5h đến 23h. Đáng chú ý, để phục vụ người dân đi xem pháo hoa, từ 21h đến 22h30, thời gian giãn cách giữa các chuyến tàu được rút xuống chỉ còn 5 phút/chuyến. Việc tăng tần suất này nhằm nâng cao năng lực vận chuyển, hạn chế tình trạng hành khách phải chờ đợi lâu vào thời điểm đông người.
    On September 2nd, Metro Line 1 will operate 264 train trips from 5am to 11pm. Notably, to serve people going to watch fireworks, from 9pm to 10:30pm, the interval between train trips is reduced to only 5 minutes/trip. This frequency increase aims to improve transport capacity and limit the situation of passengers having to wait for a long time at crowded times.
