Tam Thang Ward People's Committee (HCMC) has just worked with a business to consider and give opinions on the plan to deploy and put into operation some water sports in the sea area of Bai Sau, the section in Tam Thang ward.
It is known that Bai Sau beach area is about 5.5km long, located in Vung Tau wards (about 2.65km) and Tam Thang (about 2.85km). Recently, Thuy Van park, about 3.2km long along the beach, has been completed to serve tourists playing and swimming.
However, along this beach area, water motorbike services are currently being deployed to serve tourists, combined with beach rescue work.
During the working session, the business introduced 7 water sports including: water motorcycle; jet engine surfing board; submerged wing surfing board; canoe-pulled parachute; water-absorbing jet flying board; canoe-pulled surfing board and canoe wave surfing. These sports range from easy-to-play, easy-to-access levels to advanced and challenging levels.
The unit also provided information related to equipment and personnel serving when deploying the above sports at Tam Thang ward beach; and at the same time proposed solutions to ensure safety for players according to legal regulations.
Tam Thang Ward People's Committee said that basically, the locality agrees and supports businesses to research and implement water sports activities in the sea area of Tam Thang ward. However, it is necessary to review and prepare fully and carefully the necessary conditions according to regulations, especially in terms of legality, scope and operating area, vehicles, equipment, professional personnel, plans to ensure safety for participants and rescue and relief work...
