Also according to Mr. Minh, opening the series of events in the framework of the conical hat festival - Vietnam Festival that is the event "brocade Hoa Lu" on April 30 at Tam Coc boat wharf. This is the largest -scale expression event ever in Ninh Binh, where visitors are reversed time to admire the splendid beauty of the costumes of many Southern dynasties.
