In Dong Thap province, the first Phu Huu Agricultural Products Festival, 2026 is taking place with the theme "Homeland Agricultural Products - Phu Huu Love". The festival will last until January 30, 2026.
The festival has more than 80 booths of 33 units, including 11 communes and wards participating in displaying and introducing products. Many special activities are organized such as: agricultural product art exhibition contests, cultural and artistic performances, rural cuisine, Don ca tai tu, calligraphy writing, traditional cake wrapping,... contributing to promoting agricultural development associated with tourism.
Ms. Vo Thi Binh - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Huu commune emphasized that Phu Huu is a land rich in tradition, favored by nature with a rich agricultural ecosystem, and people are diligent and creative.
After arranging administrative units, Phu Huu commune has a new face but still maintains the core values of agriculture and farmers. From the advantages of fruit trees and aquaculture, the locality has formed many typical products, OCOP products, contributing to improving people's income.
The Phu Huu Agricultural Products Festival for the first time with the theme "Agricultural products of our homeland - Phu Huu affection" is not only an opportunity to honor the labor achievements of farmers but also creates a space to connect businesses, cooperatives and producers; and at the same time promote the image, culture, and people of Phu Huu to tourists from near and far.
