Lang Son
Lang Son province will organize art fireworks displays within the framework of the art program "Welcoming the New Year 2026" (Countdown to New Year).
The program takes place from 10:00 PM on December 31, 2025 to 0:15 AM on January 1, 2026 at Hung Vuong street stage (Luong Van Tri ward), including art performances, New Year's Eve programs, LED countdown screens and art fireworks displays.
Hanoi
On the occasion of the 2026 New Year, Hanoi is expected to organize fireworks displays for 15 minutes, from 11:45 PM on December 31, 2025 to 0:00 AM on January 1, 2026. The city arranges 5 areas with a total of 6 high-altitude fireworks display sites combining low altitude and fireworks, including:
- Two battlefields in Hoan Kiem ward, including the area in front of the headquarters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper.
- Thong Nhat Park Coconut Island (Hai Ba Trung ward).
- F1 racetrack campus (Tu Liem ward).
- Lac Long Quan flower garden (Tay Ho ward).
- Ho Van Quan (Ha Dong ward).
The performance is expected to apply modern lighting technology, combined with traditional fireworks to bring an impressive visual experience to viewers.
At the same time, Hanoi organizes the New Year 2026 (Countdown 2026) program with the theme "Real connection", taking place from 7:00 PM to 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025 at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square and Hoan Kiem Lake pedestrian street space.
Hai Phong
Hai Phong is expected to organize fireworks displays in the City Theater area and the Eastern Culture Center Square at 0:00 on January 1, 2026. The fireworks display will take place right after the New Year's art program, creating a highlight to close the old year and welcome the new year with many expectations.
In addition, on the New Year's Eve of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, Hai Phong City will also continue to fire fireworks at the same time at the above two locations.
Quang Ninh

According to the New Year 2026 celebration plan, Ho Chi Minh City is expected to organize fireworks displays for 15 minutes, from 0:00 to 0:15 on January 1, 2026 at 6 locations in the area.
Accordingly, 3 high-altitude fireworks display points include: the area at the beginning of the Saigon River tunnel (An Khanh ward), New City Center (Binh Duong ward) and Tam Thang Square (Vung Tau ward).
In addition, 3 low-altitude fireworks display points are arranged at Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi ward), SAIGON MARINA IFC Tower (Saigon ward) and Kim Long Villa area, Rach Dia bridge area (Nha Be commune), each point using 90 fireworks sets.
Tay Ninh
Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee said that the fireworks program combines high altitude and low altitude, with an altitude of about 150m, duration from 10 to 15 minutes.
