The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has adjusted the schedule for low-altitude fireworks displays at Vinhomes Star City Urban Area, Hac Thanh Ward from August 30 to 8:00 p.m. on August 29.
This adjustment is to avoid coinciding with the Inauguration Ceremony of the Children's Cultural Palace and the Hac Thanh Sports Center taking place at the same location on August 30, and at the same time to synchronize with the summer activities for children held from August 28 to 31.
