According to the plan approved by the Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee, the program will take place at 9:30 p.m. on September 2 in the center of Long An ward and Tan Ninh ward. Each location will perform for about 15 minutes, with a scale of 120 low-altitude fireworks displays. The entire budget of 580 million VND/point is mobilized from socialized sources.
The Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism and related units are assigned to develop the script, ensuring artistry, time-honoredness and absolutely complying with safety regulations. Funding supervision will be carried out strictly and transparently.
In parallel with preparing the fireworks display, Tay Ninh province has implemented plans to ensure security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and traffic diversion so that people can conveniently participate in enjoying it.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested to strengthen information and propaganda work so that people can clearly understand the schedule, thereby contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere, connecting the community and encouraging cultural and social movements in the area.
