Responding to the potential impact of storm No. 10 Bualoi on Da Nang and Hue, waterway traffic police have called on ships and boats to anchor in a safe place.

On September 28, a representative of the I Corps, Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of the Ministry of Public Security said that in order to respond to storm No. 10 Bualoi, the unit has deployed a plan to each officer and soldier and contacted the Traffic Police Department (PC08) Hue; PC08 Da Nang; Lien Chieu Ward, Thanh Khe Ward of Da Nang City, which are often flooded areas to be proactive in rescue work.

In Da Nang, before the storm, Squadron 3 coordinated with the authorities to propagate, contact, and call on ships to safe storm shelters, provide reasonable instructions on arranging means of transport, and minimize risks of landfall (instructing 23 tourist ships on the Han River to move and anchor to avoid storms on the Co Bao River to ensure safety).

At the same time, organize inspections of ships and boats anchored in the Tho Quang Boat Dock area (Son Tra Ward, Da Nang City), along the Co Co River (Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City) before storm No. 10 and prevention before, during and after the storm.

Organize anchoring, tying, and reinforcing vehicles, equipment, and headquarters of the unit to ensure absolute safety. Officers and soldiers on duty are 100% ready to take up missions when required. Proactively contact localities and areas that are often flooded to have a basis for implementing rescue work when sudden and unexpected floods occur...

In Hue, the unit coordinated with the Waterway Police Team and PC08 Hue to strengthen patrolling and control work, combine propaganda and guidance for more than 40 vehicle owners, 50 crew members, the Management Board of the Toa Kham Tourist Boat Wharf, 1 floating restaurant and 5 aquaculture households in cages to ensure measures to prevent and combat floods and storms (storm No. 10).

In particular, focusing on anchoring vehicles, monitoring and preserving vehicles, absolutely not allowing people on the vehicle (taking all people and valuable assets away from the vehicle), not doing passenger transport business during floods...

At the same time, proactively preserve assets and prevent crimes that take advantage of storms and floods to steal assets and violate the law. Deploy on duty to ensure the number of troops, proactively mobilize forces, vehicles and materials to respond to storm No. 10.
