In particular, at the Festival, residents and tourists can watch demonstrations of dishes: Mai Xa mussel vermicelli (Gio Linh district), Sai market spring rolls (Trieu Phong district), Pumpkin stewed chicken (Sepon Resort) , Grouper smoked with wine (Saigon - Dong Ha Hotel).

Accompanying the Festival is an international Kite exchange activity in coordination with the Kite Cultural Heritage Conservation Center, including 6 teams of domestic and international Kite artisans participating in the performance. Kite artists will perform light kites on the beach during the event nights.

At the opening program of the International Culinary and Cultural Festival "Taste of the sunny flower region", the audience enjoyed a special art program on the themes "Colors of the homeland" and "Return to the sunny flower region" .
The art program includes performances with traditional sounds, Vietnamese folk colors from different regions, and Quang Tri culture mixed with the sounds of contemporary, youthful life. All cultural values from all four directions are gathered in the space of the festival.
