At the conference to evaluate tourism activities in Da Nang City in the first 9 months of 2024 and deploy tasks for the last months of 2024 and 2025, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quynh - Vice President of the Vietnam Hotel Association said that investing in concerts promises to create a buzz for Da Nang City.
According to Mr. Quynh, Da Nang should diversify its festival products. Da Nang currently has famous festivals such as the magnificent International Fireworks Festival that attracts a large number of visitors, the fireworks festival has now become the city's brand.
Mr. Quynh informed that following the My Soul 1981 concert by singer My Tam which attracted 5,000 guests, the city will have the music show THE NEXT Live Concert 2024. Most recently, the ABBA show was held at the Ariyana Convention Palace in Da Nang.
"We have also negotiated to organize concerts from Korea and Japan. If possible, next year some of these concerts will be held in Da Nang and leave a mark on the city. The Da Nang Asian Film Festival has been and is doing very well. Therefore, in my opinion, festival products like this will attract a large number of tourists to Da Nang," said Mr. Quynh.
