On September 11, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 4599/QD-TTg on the ranking of Special National Monuments (18th period, 2025), including Historical Monuments of the locations of the Soviet Nghe Tinh movement (1930 - 1931) in Nghe An province.
According to the Decision, along with the Nghe Tinh Xo Viet Relic, a number of other relics were also recognized as Special National Relics, including: Relic of the Tomb of the Vice- prior of Nguyen Sinh Sac (Dong Thap province), Scenic Landscape and Ancestory of Tam Chuc Complex (Ninh Binh province), historical and architectural relic of Co Le Pagoda (Ninh Binh province).
The recognition of Xo Viet Nghe Tinh relic as a special national relic not only affirms the great historical, cultural value and steadfast revolutionary spirit of Nghe Tinh people during the peak of the struggle of 1930 - 1931, but also creates an important legal basis to preserve and promote the value of the relic, contributing to educating the tradition of patriotism for today's and future generations.
The Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the People's Committee of Nghe An province and related localities to carry out state management of relics according to legal regulations, and at the same time organize the announcement and installation of steles, ensuring the promotion of the value of relics associated with local tourism and socio-economic development.
Ms. Tran Thi My Hanh - Director of the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism of Nghe An shared: "The Prime Minister's recognition of Xo Viet Nghe Tinh relic as a special national relic is a great honor and pride for Nghe An province. We are committed to continuing to preserve and promote the value of the relic in conjunction with the development of cultural and historical tourism, contributing to spreading the spirit of Soviet-Soviet Nghe Tinh in life.
