The State-level parade and parade approval program took place at 8:00 p.m. on April 25, with 4 directions of parades and parades in the center of Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the original plan, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on April 25 (defense on April 26), more than 10,000 people including military forces, police, militia and representatives of all classes of people will participate in the preliminary parade and parade on Le Duan Street, in front of Thong Nhat Hall (Dinh Doc Lap, District 1).

However, the actual time of the parade may change, so people should proactively come early to avoid traffic jams and choose a convenient location to monitor.

To serve the preliminary approval, Ho Chi Minh City will ban vehicles from circulating and stop parking from 5:30 p.m. on April 25 to 1:00 a.m. on April 26, people need to pay attention to adjusting the route accordingly.

The authorities also encourage people to use public transport such as metro, bus, technology car or walk to move.

Many parking lots are located within a radius of about 1 km from the preliminary inspection area, creating convenient conditions for people to walk to the parade and parade venue.

In order to ensure the preliminary approval session took place smoothly and create conditions for people to follow the event, the Traffic Police Department (PC08) - Ho Chi Minh City Police announced adjustments to traffic organization and ban vehicles on many routes in the city center.

The period of application of the ban on vehicles from circulation, stopping and parking lasts from 5:30 p.m. on April 25 to 1:00 a.m. on April 26.
