The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting warns that the North will have showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening and night of September 4; sunny days, some places will be hot.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Quang Tri and from Binh Dinh to Binh Thuan will experience showers and thunderstorms due to the influence of the southern edge of the low pressure trough with an axis through the Central region connecting the center of storm No. 3 (storm Yagi) in the East Sea. The southwest monsoon has moderate to strong intensity.
From the evening of September 3 to September 4, the Central Highlands and the South will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm, locally over 80mm.
