On July 16, Mui Ne Ward Police (Lam Dong province) said they had just supported two tourists to find their lost handbags on Nguyen Dinh Chieu tourist route.
Previously, Mr. W.H. J (born 1983, Korean nationality) and Ms. D. N. P. T (resident of Ho Chi Minh City) came to Mui Ne Ward Police to report dropping a handbag while traveling by motorbike.
According to the report, inside the bag were an iPhone, passport, many important personal papers and more than 1 million VND in cash.
Immediately after receiving the information, Mui Ne Ward Police sent a working group to survey the area and verify to assist tourists in finding property.
By professional measures, the police quickly identified Mr. D. T. V (born 1988) as the person who picked up the handbag.
After exchanging, Mr. V proactively brought all the property to the headquarters of Mui Ne Ward Police to return it to the person who dropped it.
After completing the procedures, the two tourists received back their full bags along with phones, passports, personal papers and cash.
Receiving the property back, Mr. W.H. J and Ms. D. N. P. T expressed their gratitude for the responsibility of the Mui Ne Ward Police force, and at the same time sent thanks to Mr. D. T. V for his honest actions.
Quickly supporting tourists to find their belongings not only helps the lost person avoid troubles during the trip but also contributes to spreading the image of safe, friendly and civilized Mui Ne destination in the eyes of domestic and foreign tourists.
