On August 31, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province informed that the expected total number of visitors to Dak Lak Durian Festival activities in 2026, combined with visits and experiences at durian gardens, tourist spots, check-in points... throughout the province from August 15 to the end of September 2, 2026, will reach about 750,000 visitors.
Of which, international visitors are estimated at about 16,000 arrivals; overnight tourists are about 275,000 arrivals, accounting for 36.67% of the total number of visitors.

Total revenue from tourism services during the festival is estimated at more than 1,295 billion VND. Of which, the group of tourists with accommodation contributed about 825 billion VND, including spending on accommodation, food, entertainment, shopping, transportation and other tourism services.
Currently, series of events within the framework of the festival are still being organized in localities to serve tourists during the National Day holiday 2. 9. One of the notable activities is the Can Wine Festival of the M'Nong people by Lak Lake in 2026.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu, Chairman of Lien Son Lak Commune People's Committee, said that the festival was researched and implemented methodically by the local government, in accordance with the cultural characteristics, lifestyle and customs of indigenous ethnic minorities.
Through many generations, the M'Nong people have formed and preserved a rich cultural treasure, expressed through language, costumes, gongs, folk songs, folk dances, traditional handicrafts and many customs and habits in community life.
This is an opportunity to introduce, preserve and spread the unique cultural and culinary values of the M'Nong people in particular and the Central Highlands in general. Through this, the event contributes to creating more unique tourism products, attracting tourists and contributing to the overall success of the Dak Lak Durian Festival in 2026.
