During the National Day holiday on September 2nd, many tourist attractions and historical sites in Hanoi welcomed a large number of people and tourists.

Recorded at famous destinations of Hanoi Capital during the holidays, a large number of people flocked to visit. Families took their parents and young children to visit and experience, groups of young people took the opportunity to check in, while many international tourists chose relics and museums to learn about Vietnamese history and culture.

At the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, the line of people stretched in front of the gate and ticket counters. Tourists were divided into streams and lined up in turn to visit. Inside the relic site, the walkways under the green trees also became bustling as groups of tourists continuously moved.

Many families brought young children to the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam during the holidays. Children were able to learn firsthand about the relic space, doctoral steles, Khue Van Cac and traces associated with the nation's tradition of studiousness.

Ms. Nguyen Thu Ha (Hanoi) said that her family chooses cultural and historical destinations during the holidays so that her children have more practical experiences.

My family wants to spend holiday time taking our children to places associated with Hanoi history. The atmosphere at the Temple of Literature today is quite crowded, but everyone is queuing and moving relatively orderly. My children also really enjoyed seeing firsthand the works they only knew through books before," Ms. Ha said.

At Hoa Lo Prison, crowded scenes were recorded right from the ticket sales area. People lined up waiting for their turn, many groups of visitors simultaneously moved inside the relic.

Areas displaying artifacts and historical documents attract many people. Many families spend time reading information and learning about historical figures and events introduced at the relic.

The Vietnam Military History Museum also recorded a high increase in the number of visitors. Right from the morning, the flow of people flocking to the museum became more and more crowded, many families and groups of young people chose this place as a tourist destination on the National Day holiday.

The increase in the number of visitors leads to traffic pressure in the area around the museum. Cars and motorbikes line up in long lines on the roads leading to the museum area. At many times, vehicles move slowly, and there are sections of congestion due to the number of people and vehicles pouring in at the same time.

In the area in front of the museum gate, the flow of people and vehicles continuously increased. Many families traveling by car had to spend time finding parking spaces, while motorbikes also stretched in parking areas.

We went quite early but the road to the museum area was already crowded. There are sections where cars have to move little by little. Arriving at the place, seeing many families also bringing their children to visit, the holiday atmosphere is quite bustling," shared Mr. Minh Vu, a tourist from Hanoi.

On National Day September 2nd, Hanoi opened 17 free scenic spots, historical relics and cultural works that are being charged, including famous addresses such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, Ngoc Son Temple, Hoa Lo Prison, Co Loa Relic Area, Huong Pagoda, Hanoi Museum, Duong Lam Ancient Village, Thay Pagoda, Tay Phuong Pagoda...

Free entrance tickets during the holiday promise to continue to attract many people and tourists, making the destinations of the Capital more vibrant on National Day.
