On January 28, 2026, the Standing Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee issued Notice No. 408-TB/TU on organizing a number of typical festivals in the province at the provincial and commune levels.
According to the announcement, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed in principle to organize 6 typical provincial-level festivals, including: Tran Temple Festival (Long Hung commune); Pho Hien Folk Culture Festival; Hung Yen Longan Festival; Keo Pagoda Autumn Festival (Vu Tien commune); Da Hoa Temple Festival (Me So commune) and Hoa Da Trach Temple Festival (Trieu Viet Vuong commune).
Notably, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to jointly organize the Da Hoa Temple Festival and Da Trach Hoa Temple Festival under the name "Da Hoa - Da Trach Temple Festival", in order to ensure connection in cultural and historical space, meeting the cultural and religious needs of the people.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requests that the organization of festivals must ensure solemnity, safety, health, thrift, efficiency, and compliance with the provisions of law; at the same time, promote the value of cultural heritage, contribute to promoting the image of Hung Yen homeland, and promote tourism and cultural industry development. Resolutely prevent superstition and social evils from occurring in festival activities.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments, branches, and localities to organize and implement seriously and in accordance with regulations.
