From late October to early December is the time when Ha Giang ward (Tuyen Quang) enters the buckwheat flower season. This is also one of the most beautiful travel times of the year when the weather is dry, sunny, not too cold. Therefore, many people and tourists took advantage of the weekend to travel and explore the beautiful land of the Northwest.
On the two weekends of November 15 - 16, the flow of people to Tuyen Quang for tourism increased. Ma Pi Leng area, Pho Ca, Tham Ma slope, the road to Lung Cu Flagpole or the exit to Nho Que river are crowded with people, vehicles passing, even at times, the line of vehicles lining up for a long distance of a quarter of a meter.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tu - a local tour guide said that every weekend, the 4C road is always crowded, blocking a road of several kilometers.
Because this is the most popular choice to travel from Ha Giang ward to 4 communes of Yen Minh, Quan Ba, Dong Van and Meo Vac, where there are many attractive tourist attractions.
According to Mr. Tu, the traffic jam usually lasts continuously all day. The traffic moved slowly, it took at least 1-2 hours to get out.

On social networks, many tourists shared images of crowded and crowded people at famous tourist destinations in Tuyen Quang such as Tu San alley, Tham Ma slope, the road to Quang Ba sky gate...
Mr. Tran Viet, a tourist from Hanoi to Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai and then returned to Ha Giang by motorbike, encountered a traffic jam at the end of the trip.
He shared: "To avoid traffic jams, I proactively move from early morning when the sun has not yet risen. When traveling from Dong Van to Meo Vac, I saw a lot of tourists, the situation of jostling and traffic jams was inevitable".
Not only causing traffic jams, food and accommodation services in Ha Giang also do not meet the large number of visitors coming at the same time. Many restaurants were sold out in just a few hours of opening for sale, and Dong Van Hotel was also "sold out" on a large scale.
Tran Tu Anh, a tourist from Hanoi to Ha Giang, shared: "Because we were subjective about going with two people, we had not booked a room in Dong Van, and when we arrived, we were out of place. We were forced to choose to live in a community stilt house or return to Yen Minh to find a room".
Anh Tu said that every year at this time, Ha Giang is extremely crowded. The large number of people coming on weekends causes the quality of services to decrease, and prices to increase.

"Overcrowded customers will affect many services as well as the experience of tourists. On weekends, the price of rooms, dining services, and travel for guests can increase by 2-3 times due to increased demand. Moreover, customers may have to wait a long time to get the service, the quality of the service is not guaranteed," said Mr. Tu.
In the most beautiful season of the year, traveling to Ha Giang is something not to be missed. However, Mr. Tu advised tourists to choose to go on weekdays instead of weekends. Because traveling this week has just reduced traffic jams, room prices have decreased, visitors can also fully experience the buckwheat flower season here without jostling or competing with crowds.
