On the evening of January 30, at 2/4 Square (Nha Trang ward, Khanh Hoa province), Nha Trang Ward People's Committee organized the Lion - Dragon Festival "Celebrating the Party, celebrating Binh Ngo Spring" for the first time in 2026, attracting a large number of people and domestic and foreign tourists to watch and cheer.
This is one of the activities in a series of cultural and artistic events celebrating the Party and Binh Ngo Spring in the ward, contributing to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the first days of the new year.
This year's festival gathers 17 lion - dragon dance teams from clubs and units in the ward and province such as: Provincial Cultural Center, Bich Quang Mon Traditional Martial Arts - Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, Vietnamese Essence, Tho Phuoc, Nam Son, Nam Phong, Thong Nhat, Hao Hung...
The program takes place in 2 nights, January 30th and 31st, with 22 unique and exciting performances such as: Spring Festival drums, four lion dances, traditional lion dance, lion climbing to the valley flower, dragon dance, traditional martial arts performance...
Through the festival, the locality wishes to preserve and promote traditional folk art, and at the same time create a healthy cultural playground for clubs and teams.
Thereby, contributing to enriching the spiritual life of the people and promoting the local cultural image to tourists.
