The project "36-hole sports golf course belonging to the planning project of the Southwest sports area of Thach Ha district - Silk Path Ha Tinh golf course" has a total investment of 1,798.56 billion VND. Of which, owner's equity is nearly 270 billion VND, and mobilized capital is more than 1,500 billion VND.
The project is invested by Ha Tinh Tourism and Sports Service Joint Stock Company, implemented until August 2028. Project scale with an area of 180 hectares, including: 36 hole golf course and management, operation and business works, accommodation facilities, and services for golfers.
The project is expected to contribute to shifting the local economic structure towards increasing services; attracting tourism development, high-quality entertainment services; ensuring effective exploitation of land funds, creating jobs for local workers and increasing budget revenue.
At the project groundbreaking ceremony, Ha Tinh Tourism and Sports Service Joint Stock Company donated a total of 400 million VND (200 million VND for each commune) to the fund for the poor in Toan Luu and Thach Xuan communes.
