From today until the night of October 29, in the above areas there will be heavy rain, locally very heavy rain with rainfall from 100-200mm, locally over 350mm; warning of the risk of local heavy rain (over 100mm/3 hours).
Currently, the cold air will continue to strengthen to the South. During the day and night of October 28, in the Southern region and Binh Thuan, there will be showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 15-30mm, some places over 70mm. The lowest temperature during the day can drop to 23-26 degrees Celsius.
Residents and tourists should pay attention to heavy rain and localized heavy rain that can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.

Due to the influence of storm No. 6, Con Co Island (Quang Tri) has strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 9; Cu Lao Cham Island (Quang Nam) has strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 10; Ly Son Island (Quang Ngai) has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7; Bach Long Vy Island has strong winds of level 8, gusting to level 10.
The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Nam has heavy rain. The Gulf of Tonkin, the sea area from Quang Ngai to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
