According to representatives of the Ha Long - Yen Tu Bay World Heritage Management Board, the unit is currently implementing the development of an ecotourism, resort, and entertainment project in the special-use forest to protect the landscape of Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long, and Yen Tu National Forest to submit to competent authorities for consideration.
Along with that, the unit also deploys the construction and submits to competent authorities for approval a sustainable forest management plan for Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long National Park, Yen Tu National Forest in the period 2026-2030. Building a Project to elevate the value of the World Heritage - Natural Wonders of Ha Long Bay; Project to preserve and promote the values of the Yen Tu relic site located in the Yen Tu - Vinh Nghiem - Con Son, Kiep Bac World Cultural Heritage Complex.
It is expected that in 2026, the unit will continue to complete the Ha Long Bay Sustainable Tourism Development Plan, a world heritage site to 2035, with a vision to 2050. Continue to coordinate with relevant units to accelerate the progress of completing the route infrastructure to meet the conditions for putting into operation 3 sightseeing and tourism journeys in Bai Tu Long National Park and advise on interlinking the journeys of Ha Long Bay with Lan Ha Bay (Hai Phong).
