With an excellent bilingual Vietnamese-English response, contestant Nguyen Phuong Linh won the absolute score to be crowned the highest position in the Miss Tourism Vietnam 2026 contest.
As a young person born in peacetime, I want to share with international friends about the majestic Ha Long Bay, the terraced fields of Sa Pa, the landmarks of the country. But even more special is the warm smile of Vietnamese women, sincere, kind and hospitable.
Behind that is the indomitable strength of Vietnamese heroic mothers, women who are willing to sacrifice for their families and country. If I become Miss Tourism Vietnam with a strong spirit of rising up, I will dare to dream big to build the country. I believe that when Vietnamese women shine, Vietnam will shine" - Nguyen Phuong Linh said.
Born in 2002, Nguyen Phuong Linh is from Hanoi, currently studying for a Master's degree in Business Administration at the National Economics University. During her participation in the Miss Tourism Vietnam contest, Phuong Linh still maintained her studies through online platforms. The beauty said that despite her quite busy schedule, she still tried to arrange for her studies to be interrupted and graduate on time.
Phuong Linh is 1.71 m tall, with three measurements of 83-62-94cm. She was highly appreciated throughout the competition thanks to her lovely face and professional catwalk performance ability. The beauty born in 2002 wants to impress everyone with her intellectual beauty as well as the bravery of the Gen Z generation who love culture and national identity when coming to the Miss Tourism Vietnam contest.
The beauty believes that each trip is not just an experience, but also a responsibility. “I want Vietnam tourism to be not only beautiful today but also truly memorable in the future,” Nguyen Phuong Linh emphasized.
Besides, the title of 1st Runner-up belongs to Tran My Lan, from Thai Nguyen, currently a student majoring in Pharmacy at Bac Ninh Medical College. She is 1.74 m tall, with three measurements of 87-64-96cm.
Runner-up 2 is Nguyen Huy Ngoc Bao Tran, from Hai Phong, a bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. She is 1.71 m tall, with three measurements of 89-68-95cm.
The final of Miss Tourism Vietnam 2026 with the theme "Vietnam shines" is held at the Quan Stadium Center, Sa Pa. The contest is not simply a beauty playground but also a journey to arouse patriotism, community awareness and the desire to reach out to the world of the young generation.
The contest aims to find typical faces to undertake the responsibility of Vietnamese Tourism Ambassador, representing Vietnamese women to participate in international tourism events and activities, and continue to promote the image of the country, culture and people of Vietnam to global friends.
Sharing about the contest, a member of the judging panel - Miss Jennifer Pham - said that she was very excited because she had chosen a worthy face after a selection journey with many memorabilia and meaningful activities.
The judge - Meritorious Artist Viet Anh - assessed that the quality of this year's contestants is quite uniform and everyone deserves to be crowned. The winning contestants, although luckier, the journey of the remaining contestants is still not over. The judges hope that each contestant of the competition will become a "Tourism Ambassador" in the future.
