Preserving the old Tet in a 3ha space
During Tet, Nha Trang Xua Craft Village (No. 30 Thai Thong, Nam Nha Trang ward) opened the old Tet festival with the theme "Preserving Vietnamese Tet - Creating the Future".
This is the first time the unit has organized a Tet festival in a space of nearly 3ha and lasting for 45 days since the opening.
In the elaborately recreated Vietnamese Tet space, people and tourists have the opportunity to experience traditional rituals and customs before, during and after Tet.
Images of erecting the Neu tree, cleaning houses on Tet, making cakes and jams, worshiping the Kitchen Gods, worshiping the ancestors of the profession, year-end worshiping ceremony... are vividly restored under the old roof, recreating the community lifestyle of the village.
Not only stopping at ritual activities, the old Tet festival also brings many entertainment programs, connecting the community such as lion and dragon dance performances, folk games, boat racing, ao dai performances, and ancient country lotto. Visitors can also participate in experiencing traditional handicrafts and enjoy special art programs.
Along with Nha Trang Xua Craft Village, many tourist areas such as Lan Island, Yang Bay Tourist Park, Galina Lake View, Truong Son Craft Village also invest in miniatures, planting flowers, creating check-in points, contributing to enriching the spring atmosphere at destinations.
Seaside resort bustling with spring activities
In addition to areas and attractions, the hotel and resort system in Nha Trang and Bai Dai area also built a Tet celebration plan with a series of activities imbued with Vietnamese cultural imprints.
