On June 3, information from Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, the Immigration Management Department has just chaired and coordinated with relevant units to deploy a campaign to inspect and control foreigners residing and operating in the border area in Minh Tan commune.
According to the plan, inspection and control activities will be implemented in 17 border communes, mainly concentrated in communes in the UNESCO Global Geopark Dong Van Karst Plateau area.
On the first day of deployment, the working group conducted actual inspection of entry and exit documents, passports, visas and the implementation of temporary residence declaration for foreigners.
The traffic police force coordinates to strictly check the conditions of vehicles (cars, motorbikes) and drivers of vehicles picking up and dropping off tourists on border routes.
In addition to inspection work, officers and soldiers have integrated propaganda and direct guidance for foreign tourists and business establishments on how to submit dossiers and procedures for applying for licenses to enter border areas quickly and in accordance with the law.
Tuyen Quang Provincial Police requests organizations and individuals, especially business establishments in the province, to proactively and seriously implement the declaration of temporary residence for foreigners as soon as customers arrive.
