Preparation materials
300g of green beans
200g minced pork
1 shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 chili if you like spicy food
Scallions
fish sauce, seasoning granules, oyster sauce, pepper, cooking oil
How to do
Step 1: Pre-processing ingredients
Pick out the two ends and fiber of the green beans, wash them and cut them into bite-sized pieces. You can quickly blanch the beans in boiling water for about 1 minute and then soak them in cold water to maintain green color and crispness.
Peel shallots and garlic, mince. Wash green onions, cut into pieces. Slice chili peppers if used.

Step 2: Marinate minced meat
Put the minced meat in a bowl, marinate with a little fish sauce, seasoning powder, pepper and minced shallots. Mix well, leave for about 10-15 minutes for the meat to absorb the spices.
You can add a little cooking oil to prevent the meat from drying out when stir-frying.

Step 3: Stir-fry minced meat
Heat a pan with a little cooking oil, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add minced meat and stir-fry. Use chopsticks to stir-fry the meat until cooked and firm.
When the meat is fragrant, you can add a little oyster sauce to increase the richness.

Step 4: Stir-fry green beans
Put green beans in a pan, stir well over medium heat. If the beans are slightly dry, you can add a little water to help the beans cook evenly.
Season with fish sauce and seasoning to taste. Stir-fry until the beans are cooked but still retain their crispness.

Step 5: Complete the dish
Add scallions and chili, stir quickly and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with a little ground pepper to make the dish more fragrant.
Soybeans stir-fried with minced meat should be served when still hot. The dish has the crispy taste of beans, the rich flavor of minced meat, very suitable for eating with white rice in family meals.
