3 carrots, 1 onion, 3 sweet potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, ginger, black pepper, chili powder, 200ml of filtered water, 100ml of coconut milk.
How to make sweet potato soup:
First, you need to prepare vegetables and fruits: carrots, sweet potatoes, peeled onions, chopped.
To start, heat the oil in a pan, add onions and carrots. Saute until the onions turn light. After finishing, add the chopped ginger and garlic, and stir-fry.
Now, add chopped sweet potatoes, red chili powder and filtered water to the pan to stir-fry the carrots and onions, mix everything.
