One of them is fatty sweet potato soup. This recipe is not only simple and delicious but also uses common ingredients in the kitchen.

Especially when sweet potatoes are rich in fiber, vitamins, natural minerals and antioxidants, good for the body. Eating a lot of this tubers brings health benefits such as good digestion, improved eyesight, enhanced brain and immune function.

All you need is some ingredients like sweet potatoes (natural), ginger, garlic, onions and a little spices to enhance the flavor.

Prepare ingredients:

3 carrots, 1 onion, 3 sweet potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, salt, ginger, black pepper, chili powder, 200ml of filtered water, 100ml of coconut milk.

How to make sweet potato soup:

First, you need to prepare vegetables and fruits: carrots, sweet potatoes, peeled onions, chopped.

To start, heat the oil in a pan, add onions and carrots. Saute until the onions turn light. After finishing, add the chopped ginger and garlic, and stir-fry.

Now, add chopped sweet potatoes, red chili powder and filtered water to the pan to stir-fry the carrots and onions, mix everything.

Continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Then, use a hand blender to blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the spices to your taste. Add coconut milk and continue to heat over low heat, when the stewed soup is turned off the stove and enjoy.
