Award level for the title of Outstanding Commune Committee Chairman in Hai Phong

    The person awarded the title of Chairman of the People's Committee of a typical commune, ward or town in Hai Phong city will receive a bonus based on the basic salary.

    Resolution No. 47/2019/QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City (effective from December 26, 2019) stipulates the consideration and awarding of the title of Chairman of the People's Committee of typical communes, wards and towns of Hai Phong City.

    Accordingly, individuals awarded the title of Chairman of the People's Committee of a typical commune, ward or town in Hai Phong city will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement from the Chairman of the People's Committee of the city; will be recorded in the Golden Book of Tradition of the city and will receive a bonus equal to 1.0 times the basic salary (currently 2,340,000 VND/month).

    In addition, these individuals are recognized through public announcements and introductions in the mass media.

    The awarding of the title of Chairman of the People's Committee to typical communes, wards and towns of Hai Phong city is organized and awarded at People's Council meetings or year-end summaries of districts.
