According to Resolution 379/2024/NQ-HDND of the People's Council of Hoa Binh province regulating the titles, allowance levels, concurrent titles of part-time commune-level activists in villages and residential groups in Hoa Binh province are allowed. stipulated as follows:
For villages with 350 households or more; Residential groups have 500 households or more; Villages and residential groups belonging to key commune-level administrative units with complex security and order issues as decided by competent authorities; In cases where a village with 350 or more households is converted into a residential group due to the establishment of a commune-level urban administrative unit; Positions enjoying monthly allowances:

Concurrently holding the title of part-time activities at commune level, in villages, residential groups and part-time activities in villages, residential groups concurrently holding positions of people directly participating in activities in villages, residential groups
In case a person working part-time at the commune level, in a village, or a residential group concurrently performs the duties of another part-time worker at the commune level, in a village, or a residential group, he or she is entitled to a part-time allowance equal to 100% of the allowance level as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 34 of Decree No. 33/2023/ND-CP of the Government.
Persons who work part-time in villages or residential groups concurrently work as those who directly participate in activities in villages and residential groups; People who directly participate in activities in a village or residential group and who also directly participate in activities in another village or residential group are entitled to a concurrent allowance equal to 100% of the prescribed allowance for the concurrent position.
In case of holding many other positions, you will receive the highest concurrent allowance.
