Recently, Jungkook (BTS) became the cover face for Rolling Stone magazine.
In the interview, the Korean male singer shared openly about his career and lifestyle.
Jungkook said that he is very careful not to be swept away by the busy pace of life: "When not standing on stage, I try to keep my mind empty and avoid thinking too much. I put all my inspiration into making albums or preparing for a performance. But in everyday life, I like everything simple and think frankly.
He revealed that the hit solo song "Seven" is an important milestone in his career and still has a special meaning for him today.
The performance of the song "Seven" was the most important and special moment for me. That song helped me to continue working until now.
I really love "Seven" and feel confident when performing it, but I am still surprised by everyone's warm welcome. That reaction gave me even more confidence," the male singer said.
The success of "Seven" further motivates Jungkook to try harder in the future: "After releasing the solo album "GOLDEN", there are things I wish I had done better - both in terms of music and performances. But those regrets motivated me to work harder and continue to improve myself.
This is the stage for me to self-assess whether I can take another step forward or not. Instead of repeating performances or similar songs, I am trying new things and constantly changing to be able to show everyone my other aspects.

Jungkook also revealed to fans about the preparation process for BTS's comeback, saying that he is currently trying to lose weight: "I'm currently on a diet and only eating one meal a day. So I'm looking forward to that meal. I often think: "What should I eat today?" and patiently wait. When I finally get to eat, I feel very proud of myself".
Recently, he has also focused more on exercising and eating healthy: "I am trying to pay more attention to health. I participate in many physical activities such as badminton, bowling and jogging...
My perception of time has also changed. I try to avoid things that are not good for my body. I used to drink alcohol, but now I'm trying to restrain myself. I want to use my time more meaningfully and cherish it. Doing something regularly, even small, is more important than just trying a lot at once.
Every morning before showering, I do a little cardio, and before going to bed I do the same. That habit changes the way I face people, with food. It gives me a sense of achievement and confidence, because I have maintained my habit for a whole day.
