Shin Seon Jung joined Big Hit Entertainment - the predecessor of HYBE in 2010, playing an important role in the formation and early development of BTS.

Artists who debuted through the T&D program (Training and Development Program) include: BTS, TXT, ENHYPEN, LE SSERAFIM, and &TEAM.
For his achievements, CEO Shin Seon Jung was honored in Billboard 40 Under 40 2022 - a list honoring influential leaders under 40 years old who are shaping the global music industry.
She was also honored at the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Awards in the "Multidisciplinary" category, recognizing women who have made a significant impact on the music industry as artists, creators, producers or executives.
