Recently, the beauty website Global Beauties announced the list of top 50 awards for Miss Global Beauties - Miss World 2024.
This year, the Global Beauties award changed its name after nearly 30 years. Previously, this award was called Miss Grand Slam.
Miss Thanh Thuy is the only Vietnamese beauty to make it into the top 50 nominees for Miss Global Beauties 2024. This year, Global Beauties expanded its scale, selecting beauties from all competitions that the website has reported.
In the top 50 list, many beauty queens crowned in major competitions last year are also present, such as the reigning Miss World Krystyna Pyszkova, the reigning Miss Universe Victoria Kjær Theilvig, the reigning Miss Grand International Rachel Gupta, the reigning Miss Supranational Harashta Haifa Zahra, and the reigning Miss Earth Jessica Lane.
The reigning Miss International Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy is among the top nominees. She is the first Vietnamese beauty to be crowned Miss International, and is also the first Miss Vietnam to be sent to this contest.
With the achievement of being crowned Miss International, Thanh Thuy helped Vietnamese beauty increase by 2 places on the beauty pageant achievement rankings of countries.
H'Hen Nie, Thuy Tien, Khanh Van... are beauty queens who have been nominated for Miss Grand Slam.
Previously, Thanh Thuy was also nominated by the beauty website Missosology as the top 56 beauties of the title of Timeless's Beauty - Beauty beyond time 2024.
The beauty from Da Nang is also the only Vietnamese beauty to be present in this vote. Previously, Phuong Nhi was the first Miss International Vietnam to be nominated.
Other beauties such as Miss H'Hen Nie, Miss Do Thi Ha, Runner-up Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen were also once Vietnamese beauties nominated for the title of Timeless Beauty.
Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy was born in 2002, 1.76m tall. Before being crowned Miss Vietnam 2022, the beauty from Da Nang won the title of Miss University of Foreign Languages under Da Nang University, 1st Runner-up of the Da Nang City Elegant Student - Student Contest in 2021.
After being crowned in 2 major competitions, she worked as a model and KOL. Recently, she starred in Duc Phuc's MV "Cham em mot doi".
The appearance of Miss Thanh Thuy is a special "twest" of the MV that Duc Phuc kept secret until the last minute. Currently, the MV is ranked 2nd on YouTube Trending, reaching 7.8 million views.
