On the morning of July 17, at Nguyen Trai High School (Vu Thu Commune, Hung Yen Province), the leaders of Vu Thu Commune held a meeting, praising and rewarding Nguyen Dieu Linh - a student of class 12A1 who has just achieved 30/30 points, valedictorian of class A00.
The representative of Vu Thu commune's leadership acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Board of Directors, the collective of cadres, teachers of the school and Nguyen Dieu Linh personally. At the same time, it is recommended that the school continue to develop a specific plan, promote the achieved achievements, overcome limitations to reap more success in the coming time.
According to Dieu Linh, she did not choose a dense extra-curricular path like many of her peers but determined early on a learning strategy suitable for herself: proactively self-study, practice with goals, master basic knowledge and practice problem solving skills. I make good use of materials from textbooks, official exams and experimental exams from the Ministry of Education and Training, as well as exam questions from specialized schools across the country.
"After each task, I analyze it myself, check the errors, find out which knowledge gaps I have and then review that part carefully," Linh shared. In particular, during the time before the exam, Linh spent a lot of time preparing the questions and reviewing the previous mistakes.
Of the three subjects, Math is the subject that makes Linh the most cautious. Although he won the Third Prize for Excellent Students in Mathematics, he still appreciates that this is a subject with a long structure, requiring high concentration and reasonable time allocation. Thanks to the spirit of persistent practice and sticking to each type of exercise, Linh overcame the challenge and achieved absolute points.
