In 2025, Phenikaa University will spend about 50 billion VND to award scholarships to students, including scholarships such as the Group President's Scholarship, Talent, Excellence, and Phenikaa Student Scholarship.
The school said that the criteria for considering scholarships combine both academic achievements, development potential and difficult circumstances; in the spirit of ensuring no missed talent for financial reasons.
In particular, the Phenikaa Group President Scholarship not only exempts all tuition fees but also supports living expenses, free dormitories, opportunities to participate in research and postgraduate study projects with job commitments after graduation.
Phenikaa University also applies many tuition reduction policies up to 50%. This is a great source of motivation to help candidates feel secure in pursuing their passion and developing themselves.
This year, Phenikaa University enrolls 12,403 students for 63 majors/training programs with 4 admission methods:
- Direct admission according to the admission plan of Phenikaa University;
- Admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam;
- Admission based on high school transcripts;
- Admission is based on the results of the Hanoi National University's competency assessment test or the results of the Hanoi University of Science and Technology's thinking assessment test or the V-SAT university entrance exam.
Phenikaa University officially opened its enrollment gate from May 21 to July 12 and deployed many hands-on experiential activities for grade 12 students.

At the University of Vietnam - Germany, in addition to talent scholarships, exchange scholarships granted by the German Academy, scholarships from German supporting organizations... the school also provides full scholarships for 4 school years for students.

This is a scholarship for students with high entrance results and who pass the interview before entering school. These are excellent students, expected to become leading experts in the field of basic engineering or academia.
In the 2025 - 2026 school year, Viet Duc University will award 100% of scholarships to students studying in two new majors of the school: economics and electronics.
The University of Information Technology (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) has also just announced the scholarship levels for candidates admitted to the school in 2025, the highest of up to 250 million VND/student.
Candidates awarded scholarships are those with high achievements in international and national IT exams or national excellent student exams in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Literature, English.
Of which, the highest scholarship is for those who won first prize in IT in the national high school excellent student selection exam; won Gold, Silver, Bronze cups in the super cup competition - Vietnam IT Olympic competition; won first/second/third prize in the regional and international IT industry.
