Accordingly, the school's tuition fee ranges from 24-49.5 million VND/school year.
Of which, majors in the standard program range from 24-28.5 million VND/year. The majors in the high-quality program have tuition fees from 46.5-49.5 million VND/year.

In 2025, Ho Chi Minh City Open University plans to enroll 5,860 students, according to the following methods: Direct admission and priority admission; Admission for international certificate candidates; Admission using the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's Competency Assessment Exam in 2025; Admission using the results of the 2025 university entrance exam (V-SAT exam); Admission using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
