On May 20, Mr. Pham Dong Thuy - Director of the Department of Education and Training (GDĐT) of Hung Yen province, Head of the High School Enrollment Steering Committee for the 2026 - 2027 school year - inspected the exam councils of Hung Yen Specialized High School and Hung Yen High School.
According to the report of Mr. Nguyen Van Duy - Principal of Hung Yen Specialized High School, this year the school enrolls 420 students in 9 specialized subjects, with a total of 1,020 registered candidates. The school established 2 exam councils.
In which, the exam council located at Hung Yen Specialized High School has 626 candidates, arranged 28 exam rooms, organizing exams for Math, Literature, English and Informatics. The exam council located at An Tao Secondary School has 394 candidates, 19 exam rooms, organizing exams for the remaining specialized subjects.
Up to now, the preparation for facilities, exam rooms, reserve rooms and conditions to serve the exam has basically been completed. Plans to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and health have also been developed and coordinated for implementation. The school also focuses on preventing and combating exam cheating with high-tech equipment.
At the Hung Yen High School Exam Council, 755 candidates registered to take the exam. The school arranged 32 exam rooms and 2 spare rooms.

According to Ms. Do Thi Giang - Principal of Hung Yen High School, the unit is completing the final preparation stages such as listing candidate lists, arranging exam papers, scratch paper, exam documents, arranging functional areas and facilities according to regulations.
School cleaning, ensuring electricity, water, and fire prevention and fighting are regularly implemented. The school arranges on-duty forces to check the electrical system, backup generators and technical equipment to ensure safe operation during the exam period. At the same time, coordinate with the police, medical and local authorities to develop plans to ensure security and order, and traffic safety in the exam area.
Through inspection, Mr. Pham Dong Thuy highly appreciated the proactive spirit of the exam councils and related units in the preparation work. The Director of the Department of Education and Training requested the councils to continue to carefully review the conditions for organizing the exam, strictly implement regulations, and improve responsibility at each stage.
He also noted to strengthen inspection and supervision in areas such as storage rooms, medical rooms, toilets; absolutely do not allow network connections to prevent the risk of fraud with high-tech devices. At the same time, he requested the police, health, electricity and related units to continue to closely coordinate to ensure the exam takes place safely and seriously.
