Recently, social networks shared information and photos about a girl in Nam Do Son ward suspected of being beaten by a group of friends.
According to the account shared by L.L.P, on the afternoon of August 9, her daughter, T.P (this year enrolled in grade 8 at Van Huong Secondary School) had a conflict with N (Van Son Secondary School) so they made an appointment to go to Van Huong dike to talk. However, N led a group to the meeting place and beat P. "The child ran home crying while calling his mother, saying that the other children used helmets to hit him on the head, causing scratches on the face, head and legs" - the family shared on social media.
After the incident, P had to be treated at Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital.
According to P's family, N's family also contacted and admitted that only N beat P, not another group. Therefore, P's family reported to the Nam Do Son Ward Police to verify and clarify the incident.
On the morning of August 13, speaking with Lao Dong, a representative of Van Huong Secondary School said that the school had information about T.P, a student of the school suspected of being beaten by a group of friends and having to be hospitalized. The school also sent staff and teachers to the hospital to visit and encourage P.
Through the grasp of the family, P was fortunate not to suffer any serious injuries, mainly suffered soft tissue injuries, and occasionally suffered from dizziness. However, her spirit was affected. The school also advised the family to meet the parties to reconcile.
According to the school representative, the family reported to the ward police, the police agency worked and met with both families. Because at this time the students had not yet gone to school, the incident occurred outside of school, so the school only coordinated to grasp the situation and encourage the students. Currently, after receiving information from the school, P is still being treated at the hospital.
