The 3-story classroom project, 18 rooms of Gia Cam Primary School, Viet Tri ward, Phu Tho province was approved by Viet Tri Ward People's Committee on December 22, 2025 according to Decision No. 1234/QD-UBND.
This project belongs to Group C, with a total investment of more than 16 billion VND; The Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board is assigned to be the Project Investor.
According to the reporter's investigation, the Viet Tri Ward Construction Investment Project Management Board has just issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 05: Construction and installation of the project.
Package No. 05 was widely bid through the network, with a value of more than 13.6 billion VND from the Phu Tho provincial budget, Viet Tri ward budget and mobilizing other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package has contractor selection results, the construction unit will deploy the construction of a 3-story classroom building, 18 rooms of Gia Cam Primary School in Gia Cam ward, former Viet Tri city.
According to the technical requirements in the bidding documents, the project will build a new 3-story classroom building including 18 classrooms, with dimensions of 59.05m long, 8.5m wide, of which the width of the corridor area is 2.3m, the width of the classroom is 6.2m...
The project is invested in a synchronous system of electricity supply, water supply, and drainage; School's learning and teaching equipment system.
Along with that, auxiliary items were also built such as: Re-laying the foundation; Building additional drainage ditches; Building new fire protection tanks, pumping houses, fire protection systems; some other auxiliary items synchronized with the project.
The investment and construction of the project aims to supplement classrooms, functional rooms, reduce pressure on working and teaching space, create a favorable learning environment, encourage creativity and improve the quality of students' learning.
At the same time, contributing to completing education infrastructure, creating a foundation for improving management efficiency and training quality in the coming years.
