In the 2024 high school graduation exam, Ha Nhi scored 8.8 in Math, 8.8; 9.25 points in Literature; 10 points in History, Geography 10 and Civic Education. I got 9.8 points in foreign language. The total score I achieved was 57.85 points, becoming 1 of 2 valedictorians in the 2024 high school graduation exam.
Ha Nhi shared that although after taking the exam and comparing it with the answers from the Ministry of Education and Training, she estimated that she would get a high score, but she did not expect to become the valedictorian.
"This morning, I waited until 8 a.m. to look up my test scores. After taking the test, I felt happy and thought my score was quite good. Then, everyone announced that I became the valedictorian of the 2024 national high school graduation class. I was so shocked that I stood still" - Ha Nhi happily shared the moment she heard that she became the valedictorian.
Even though she got impressive scores, when asked about her study secrets, the female student smiled and said, she doesn't have many secrets, mainly the habit of making her own timetable and studying scientifically. Accordingly, I proactively plan and divide my time to self-study and practice at home. This way helps learning more effectively.
"I study in the most focused way every time I study. Whether the study time is short or long, I isolate everything around me. I think this has been effective for me" - Ha Nhi said.
Ha Nhi further shared that she has a special passion for Literature and is also quite outstanding in writing. My love for the subject began to rekindle when I was in elementary school. In middle and high school, I met dedicated teachers who continued to inspire and help me cultivate my love for Literature.
In grade 10, Ha Nhi won the third prize for excellent students in literature at the school level, in grade 11 she won the second prize for excellent students in literature at the cluster level and in grade 12 she won the consolation prize for excellent students in literature at the city level. Besides Literature, Ha Nhi also has a love for History.
Math is the subject that worries me the most, but with effort and diligence, I still achieved a score of 8.8 - a dream score for many candidates.
Ms. Mai Thi Thuy Duong, Ha Nhi's History teacher commented: "Ha Nhi is a very hard-working, meticulous, determined, and trying student. She tries very hard. Talking about her plans to apply for university admission, Ha Nhi revealed that she has been accepted to 3 schools using the early admission method using transcripts. But to increase my chances, I still consider university admission in block C00 based on my high school graduation exam score.
My first aspiration is Literature Pedagogy, Hanoi University of Education. My other aspirations are also to major in Literature Education at some other schools.
"I feel that I have good communication skills and wish to become a teacher. I took the assessment exam at Hanoi University of Education but my score was not high. This is also the reason I was more determined during the exam. high school graduation exam" - Ha Nhi said.
