According to information from Ha Giang Provincial Police, from 00:00 on April 10, the camera system (cooled through images) officially came into operation on 30 important routes and intersections in districts and cities across the province with 57 camera devices.
The authorities will use image and video files on the camera system sent to the center to lay evidence and handle vehicles violating traffic laws.
On the first day of deployment, the Traffic Police Department handled 38 violations. In which, the main errors are not complying with road markings, going in the wrong direction and not obeying traffic light signals.
The application of the camera system to handle violations is one of the solutions to raise awareness of complying with traffic safety and order. At the same time, limit traffic accidents, ensure security, order and society.
