On May 2, information from Vinh General Hospital (Nghe An) said that a family had just welcomed two special citizens on a special day at the hospital: twins born on the morning of April 30 - on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day.
According to information from the hospital, pregnant woman N.T.T. (34 years old, residing in Do Luong district) gave birth to two boys at 8:38 a.m. on April 30, amid the overwhelming emotions of her family and the medical team. The two babies were born healthy, weighing 2.8kg and 2.5kg respectively.
Right after the two children cried for the first time, the doctors recorded that sacred moment next to the red flag with a yellow star. One of the two children even reached out to hold the flag, creating a very emotional image, widely shared on social networks.

Ms. T., mother of the two, shared: The child was born on a historic day, we decided to name the two children Nguyen Thong Nhat and Nguyen Hoa Binh. These are names that carry the deep aspiration of the nation "unity of the country, long-term peace".
Not only is a birth event, the birth of this twins is like the "gift of the river in a big festival".
