Applying AI in the production line reduces about 50% of data management work. Previously, data needed to be reported, but now it is not necessary. Everything is available, just need to go to the application to grasp it.
At the same time, it helps reduce operating costs by up to 70%, ensuring quantity and quality. Departments do not have to worry about input, just need to handle their work, data information is 99% accurate.
Before AI application, the design was not close to the market, the cost was high, now just a touch button on the electronic screen has helped reduce the cost by more than 80%. In terms of time, 6 months ago, now only 15 days of production, all information is transparent about the process, data only needs to be done once.
“7-8 years ago, when it comes to improving technology, applying AI would still be difficult, but after applying it, I saw that the number of workers decreased but output increased 3-4 times compared to before.
Previously, it took 100 people to develop a model, but after AI, it only takes 15 people. When you want to sell a model, just apply AI, you can change the color, style... very quickly" - Mr. Pham Van Viet said.
However, to successfully deploy it, people and capital are needed. AI requires high technology to connect manufacturing machines together and high-quality human resources.
