Retail gasoline and oil prices recorded on May 6 at the PVOIL system are as follows:

According to the announced price list, RON 95-III gasoline is currently at 23,750 VND/liter. E10 RON 95-III gasoline is listed at 23,190 VND/liter, while E5 RON 92-II gasoline reaches 22,620 VND/liter.
In the oil group, diesel oil 0.05S-II is at 28,170 VND/liter, while diesel oil 0.001S-V currently costs 29,430 VND/liter.
According to PVOIL, the above price includes value-added tax and environmental protection tax according to current regulations.
Notably, the enterprise is completing preparations to officially deploy mass business of E10 bio-gasoline throughout the system from May 15, 2026.
To serve this plan, PVOIL has upgraded technical infrastructure and renovated blending stations at many key petroleum depots. Currently, there are 13 depots that meet the conditions for blending E10 gasoline, ready to ensure supply when deployed on a large scale.
The foundation for the conversion process is more than 10 years of experience in operating the E5 gasoline blending system. In addition, the network of nearly 1,000 gas stations in 34 provinces and cities is considered an important advantage to help products quickly access the market.
Previously, from August 2025, PVOIL piloted the sale of E10 gasoline in Hanoi, Hai Phong and expanded to other areas. As of April 2026, there were 558 stores in the system that stablely traded this type of fuel.
According to assessments, E10 gasoline meets technical requirements well, vehicles operate stably and receive positive feedback from consumers.
In parallel with that, PVOIL has coordinated with Dung Quat and Nghi Son oil refineries to ensure mineral gasoline sources, and at the same time develop a long-term ethanol (E100) supply plan to stabilize output and cost.
The enterprise also said it is ready to provide E10 gasoline blending services to key units that do not have sufficient infrastructure, contributing to expanding the biofuel distribution network throughout the market.
The large-scale deployment of E10 gasoline is expected to contribute to promoting environmentally friendly fuel consumption, in line with the sustainable energy development roadmap.
