Retail gasoline and oil prices at the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) system today, May 4th, are being applied according to the new adjustment effective from 3:00 PM on April 29, 2026.
In region 1, the price of RON 95-V gasoline is at 24,650 VND/liter; RON 95-III gasoline is 23,750 VND/liter; E10 RON 95-III gasoline is at 23,190 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II gasoline is 22,620 VND/liter.
In the oil group, diesel 0.001S-V is currently at 29,430 VND/liter; diesel 0.05S-II is 28,170 VND/liter; kerosene 2-K is at 31,980 VND/liter.
In region 2, the price of RON 95-V gasoline is at 25,140 VND/liter; RON 95-III gasoline is 24,220 VND/liter; E10 RON 95-III gasoline is 23,650 VND/liter; E5 RON 92-II gasoline is 23,070 VND/liter.
Diesel oil price 0.001S-V in region 2 is currently at 30,010 VND/liter; diesel 0.05S-II is 28,730 VND/liter; kerosene 2-K is at 32,610 VND/liter.
According to Petrolimex, the new price is applied to the entire distribution system nationwide, including stores directly under Petrolimex, system of agents, general agents and retail authorized stores.
For areas far from ports, far from headwork warehouses, far from gasoline and oil production facilities (region 2) according to the provisions of Decree 95/2021/ND-CP, member gasoline and oil companies are entitled to decide the actual selling price but not exceeding the region 2 price announced by the Group.
This price adjustment is implemented based on the diễn biến of world finished gasoline and oil prices in the price calculation cycle, and at the same time applies tax policies according to Resolution No. 19/2026/QH16, Resolution 204/2025/QH15, Resolution 109/2025/UBTVQH15 and operating documents of the inter-Ministry of Industry and Trade - Finance.
The decision adjusting gasoline and oil selling prices No. 325/PLX-QD-TGĐ dated April 29, 2026 has been sent by Petrolimex to member units and reported to the Government Office, Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Ministry of Finance according to regulations.
