Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Than informed about the socio-economic development situation, emphasizing the merger of the two provinces of Thai Binh (old) - Hung Yen to create development space, opening up new momentum for Hung Yen to rise to become an industrial growth pole in the region. He acknowledged the contributions of businesses and hoped the community would continue to accompany the locality.
The provincial chairman suggested that departments and branches consider "business difficulties as their own difficulties" and proactively remove obstacles right from the grassroots level. The focus is on completing site clearance, handing over land; preparing infrastructure, treating wastewater; ensuring security and order, strictly handling negativity in compensation. The Department of Home Affairs coordinates with units to advise on solutions for labor resources, link training, and provide high-quality human resources.
The provincial leaders also requested to promote administrative procedure reform, decentralization, and application of digital technology to be transparent and optimize processes; review and reduce unnecessary procedures; find stable sources of filling materials.
Enterprises need to coordinate with localities to speed up progress, comply with the law, ensure workers' rights, fulfill their obligations to the State; prioritize attracting high-tech projects with great added value, focus on environmental protection, and use clean energy.
Affirming that industry continues to be an important growth driver, the Provincial Chairman clearly stated the development orientation towards modernity and sustainability, associated with environmental protection and improving people's lives. The Provincial People's Committee is committed to always listening, accompanying businesses, creating the most favorable conditions, and at the same time building a specific mechanism to submit to the Central Government to best exploit potential.
