Airfares cool down amid summer tourist peak
After many months of maintaining at a high level, domestic airfares have begun to decrease since the beginning of June when airlines expanded the low-price range and implemented many stimulus programs. Many passengers took advantage of booking summer travel tickets when travel costs decreased significantly, especially on routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc.
Market surveys show that round-trip ticket prices on many popular routes have decreased by 15-20% compared to the previous month, even some early morning or late evening trips are priced from only 800,000 VND to 1 million VND per way (excluding taxes and fees). According to ticket agents, the price reduction trend comes from airlines increasing supply, opening more economy class tickets and launching many preferential programs.
Fining a facility in Ninh Binh for selling counterfeit brand watches
On June 12, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Xuan Giang Commune Police had just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 6 to inspect the law compliance at Mai Van L's watch business establishment located in Xuan Giang commune.
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that the establishment was displaying and selling many watch products showing signs of counterfeiting trademarks that have been protected in Vietnam. Auction of 1,100 tons of soil and rock with a gold content of 1.68 g/ton, starting price of 2.65 billion VND
On June 17, VNA Joint Venture Auction Company will organize an auction of a lot of assets at the request of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Department of Finance. The assets include about 1,100 tons of soil and rocks being soaked and incubated in area K15 (Ngan Son commune), 10 sacks containing black granules containing gold and silver with high content, and 2 used water pumps.
According to published information, 1,100 tons of soil and rock have iron content of 36.38%, gold 1.68 g/ton and silver 35 g/ton. Sacks containing black granules have gold content from 891.33-1.156 g/ton and silver content from 1,586.6-2,120 g/ton.
